Bookkeeper - Part-time

The Role

Reporting directly to the Financial Manager your duties will include but will not be restricted to -

  • Carrying out data entry duties
  • Managing Accounts Payable
  • Weekly payroll and Superannuation 
  • Month end Reconciliations and Reporting
  • Month end financial reporting and BAS and IAS reporting
  • Trust account payments and reconciliations
  • General administration duties as required

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will have -

  • Solid experience working as a bookkeeper within a small to medium size organisation
  • A strong knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Real Estate trust accounting using Console is an advantage
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
  • Self-motivated and well presented
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
