Bookkeeper - Part-time
The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Manager your duties will include but will not be restricted to -
- Carrying out data entry duties
- Managing Accounts Payable
- Weekly payroll and Superannuation
- Month end Reconciliations and Reporting
- Month end financial reporting and BAS and IAS reporting
- Trust account payments and reconciliations
- General administration duties as required
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will have -
- Solid experience working as a bookkeeper within a small to medium size organisation
- A strong knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office
- Real Estate trust accounting using Console is an advantage
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Self-motivated and well presented
- Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
